may be present on dwelling.
RB Inspection Service recommends lead-based paint testing in all older dwellings to prevent
inhalation of lead dust and prevent young children from eating lead paint chips.
RB Inspection Service will collect paint samples and arrange for paint sample testing. Lead
testing can be performed on-site, off-site, and by certified laboratory.

because radon release rates vary throughout the year.
RB Inspection Service will place sampling equipment, collect samples, and provide laboratory
analysis from an EPA certified laboratory.

There are many problems associated with unwanted chemicals and bacteria found in your
private and public drinking water. Private and public water systems need regular testing to
ensure chemical and bacteria free water. Public water systems may meet water quality
standards at the filtration plant, but public supply pipes leak and dwelling's plumbing may
transfer unwanted chemicals and bacteria into water.

source.
RB inspection service will collect first and second water draw samples. A water safety check
can be performed on site. Bank/mortgage and FHA/HUD water testing will be preformed by a
EPA certified laboratory.
